Terms and conditions for Annual BODYFIRM open gym Membership monthly billing
I agree to pay The Bodyfirm $39.00 per month for 12 months. After the twelve months is up the ongoing membership can be cancelled at anytime. Early cancellation fee is $29.00 and must be delivered in writing to front desk 30 days prior to membership cancellation.
A one time FREE introductory orientation/trainning session is offered to all new clients purchasing annual memberships.
All clients must sign in at front desk every visit.
