Terms and conditions for 3 Month Pre Paid Bodyfirm open gym membership
Membership is for use of facilities! This membership does not include instruction in proper use of equipment or a training program. New clients unsure of proper form and use of equipment are encouraged to purchase training at front desk during regular staffed front desk hours.
Basic 1 hour orientation and training session will be available for $20.
After hours access to Bodyfirm can be shut off for non compliance of rules.
All clients must sign in at front desk every visit!
