This membership is for use of facilities and does not include training apart from a 1 hour orientation/training session as a courtesy to new annual Bodyfirm clients!
All clients must abide by all rules and policies set forth in waiver.
This pre paid membership is non refundable or transferable.
Access fobs are required for non front desk hours and are available for a one time charge of $10.00
